POSTPARTUM DOULAS + NEWBORN CARE SPECIALISTS
Gentle Support
I’m so excited to support you during this incredible and life-changing journey. Becoming a parent is such a beautiful adventure, and my team and I are here to help you every step of the way.

As your postpartum doula or newborn care specialist, I’ll be by your side to provide compassionate, hands-on care and guidance, whether it’s during the day or in the middle of the night. Think of me as your calm in the storm—helping you ease into your new lifestyle with confidence and joy, even during the moments that feel overwhelming.
My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby while feeling supported every step of the way.
Your health and your baby’s well-being are my top priorities. Every doula on my team is highly trained, holds current Infant CPR and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association, has passed a thorough background check, and is professionally insured.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A POSTPARTUM DOULA/NCS
Your Doula or NCS is here to lighten your load and offer support where you need it most:
-
Guidance on all things baby: She’ll provide advice and hands-on help with establishing routines, feeding, sleeping, bathing, and dressing.
-
Feeding support: Whether you’re nursing, pumping, or bottle-feeding, she’ll guide and encourage you. She can assist with latching, organize milk storage, and ensure feeding equipment is clean and ready to go.
-
Diaper changes and more: She’ll handle diaper changes so you can rest, and even take over household tasks like laundry and tidying the nursery.
-
Emotional care: She’s here for you, especially if you’re experiencing “baby blues” or postpartum depression. She can prepare nourishing meals, offer belly binding, and create a healing environment.
-
Nighttime care: She’ll care for your baby overnight, so you can sleep soundly. For nursing moms, she’ll bring baby to you for feeds and handle everything else while you get the rest you need.
-
Extra touches: Whether it’s bringing you water and snacks while nursing, or helping prepare for an older sibling’s needs, she’s there to make your life easier and more enjoyable.
-
Your doula will support healing with preparing foods for the womb, providing belly binding, hydrotherapy treatments, drawing baths, and creating an environment that supports recovery.
-
Your doula will maintain the organization of clothing, supplies and the tidying of the nursery.
