Meet your doula before baby arrives
Long before your due date, you'll sit down with your doula, share your hopes and worries, and begin to feel like friends. So when baby arrives, the one walking through your door isn't a stranger. She's someone who already knows you, and already loves your family.

Baby 101, in your living room
With postpartum care, your doula comes to your home for a two-hour prep class. First-time parents sit with her and learn everything they need to about caring for and feeding their baby, including breastfeeding. If you've done this before, she spends the time getting your home ready: organizing the nursery and shower gifts, washing and sterilizing bottles, and setting everything up so you're ready to go the moment baby arrives.

Your parent portal, from pregnancy on
Once you book, the MILK Client Lounge opens to you. Learn about nutrition, belly binding, and gentle ways to heal your body, at your own pace, plus stay connected, view your schedule and follow our week-by-week checklist right at your fingertips.

We plan the meal train for you
We work closely with you during pregnancy and take the meal train planning off your plate, so friends and family know exactly how to show up and nourish you.

A plan for meals, siblings, and the nursery
Together we map out what you'll eat as you recover, how older siblings will be cared for, and how the nursery comes together, so nothing important is left to the last minute.

There is a baby to feed, a body to heal, and a whole new life to get to know, but mothers were never meant to do it all alone. With MILK, you meet your doula while you are still pregnant, and she helps you prepare your home, your meals, and your plan for older siblings before baby ever arrives.
Once baby is home, she comes into your home as hands-on as you need her to be, caring for your baby and caring for you, with massage, warm foot baths, and water therapy as you heal.
