Overnight Newborn Care

Sleep is where recovery happens.

Most families welcome a MILK doula overnight, when rest matters most. We handle feeds, diapers, and settling using the MILK Sleep Method™, and gently guide your baby toward healthy sleep from the very first night.

§ 02 — A little reassurance

Questions families ask

Will this interfere with breastfeeding?

No. We protect your supply — we'll wake you for feeds or bring baby to you, whichever you prefer.

How many nights a week?

Anywhere from one night to seven. Most families start with three and adjust.

What do you need from us?

A place for baby to sleep, supplies within reach, and a light to work by. That's it.
