§ 02 — A little reassurance

Questions families ask

When should I book?

Most families book between 20 and 32 weeks, but we take late bookings whenever we have availability.

What if I have a cesarean?

Your doula stays with you through preparation and recovery, and supports feeding and healing afterward.

Do you replace my partner?

Never. We make partners more effective, and give them permission to rest and eat.
